Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 44 dated 24.02.2026 under Sections 125 and 194(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Section 336, 160 IPC) and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

2. On 11.03.2026, following order had been passed: -
