1. The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 483 BNSS has been invoked for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.169 dated 23.04.2025, under Sections 140(3) and 64(1) of BNS and Section 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani.
