1. Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.282 dated 27.06.2024 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

2. Brief facts of the case of prosecution are that the petitioner allured the complainants on the pretext of providing government jobs to their children, and duped them for a sum of ₹9,00,000/-. Hence the present FIR.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has no concern with the offence. He submits that the complainants had rather approached the father of the petitioner for providing government jobs who has already expired. He further submits that he is in custody since 14.12.2024
