1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS 2023, primarily seeking quashing of the order dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar vide which the petitioner was ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants in case pertaining to FIR No.22 dated 20.01.2019, under Section 22 of the NDPS ACT, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was released on regular bail by the concerned Court vide order dated 01.03.2019 (Annexure P-3) and had been regularly appearing before the concerned trial Court.
