Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) (Section 438 of Cr. P.C.) seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.35 dated 28.01.2026, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 333, 331(8), 3(5), 117(2), 115(2) of the BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 452, 460, 34, 325, 323 of IPC), at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh.
