This order shall dispose of two criminal miscellaneous petitions i.e. CRM-M-36255-2025 and CRM-M-52607-2025 as they arise out of the same FIR.

2. The petitioners, namely, Lovepreet Singh @ Gurbir Singh @ Gora (in CRM-M-36255-2025) and Yogesh (in CRM-M-52607-2025) seek the grant of regular bail under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.134 dated 05.09.2024 under Sections 21-C/25/29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station STF, SAS Nagar (Mohali).
