1. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release retiral dues like leave encashment and gratuity etc due to the petitioner as he has superannuated from service on 30.06.2023 (Annexure P-2). Further directing the respondents to pay salary of three months i.e. from 01.07.2023 to 30.09.2023 as they had taken work from petitioner even after his retirement on 30.06.2023 along with interest @ 12% per annum as is shown by respondent No.2 letter dated 28.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) Further directing the respondents to pay all the monetary benefits to the petitioner as have been paid to similarly situated employees of other Centres being run by respondent Society in the State of Haryana
