Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.95 dated 07.03.2021, under Sections 323, 354-B, 406, 498-A, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Kanina, District Mahendergarh, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 12.12.2025 said to be arrived at between the parties.

2. On 27.01.2026, this Court directed the parties to appear before learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording of their statements with regard to compromise.
