Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short- ‘BNSS’), is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.59 dated 26.06.2023, under Sections 323, 324, 307, 354, 452, 506, 148, 149 & 212 IPC, registered at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur.
