Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to grant statutory pay scale to the petitioner as mandated in the Punjab Educational (Teaching Cadre) Group-C Service Rules, 2018 and the Punjab Education (Teaching Cadre) Border Area Group ‘C’ Service Rules, 2018 viz. 10300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.4200/- from entry into service along with arrears and interest @ 12% in view of the decision of this Court dated 13.09.2024 (Annexure P-9) in CWP-15896 of 2023 – Saurabh Sharma and others v. State of Punjab and another, which has been upheld by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure P-10) and further upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-11) and also keeping in view order dated 14.10.2024 (Annexure P-8); for directing the respondents to ta
