Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of impugned order dated 27.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram in CRA No.199 of 2026 arising out of Criminal complaint bearing NACT No.44071/2021 decided on 04/06.02.2026, whereby Ld. Appellate Court has suspended the sentence of the petitioner subject to condition to deposit 20% of the amount of compensation imposed upon the petitioner by Ld. trial Court.
