1. Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of impugned order dated 05.03.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram in CRA No.209 of 2026 arising out of Criminal complaint bearing NACT No.44071/2021 decided on 04/06.02.2026, whereby Ld. Appellate Court has suspended the sentence of the petitioner subject to condition to deposit 20% of the amount of compensation imposed upon the petitioner by Ld. trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was prosecuted in a complaint filed under Section 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (for short ‘the Act’). He has submitted that the petitioner was convicted by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram under Section 138 of the Act vide judgment dated 04.02.2026 and senten
