1. The present first petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of FIR No.102 dated 28.10.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
