The instant one is the second petition preferred by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.102 dated 21.04.2023 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Manesar, District Gurugram. His 1st petition was dismissed on 25.07.2025.
