1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.171 dated 05.10.2024 under Section 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 16.01.2026 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.
