1. The instant one is the third petition that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita for grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.90, dated 19.04.2022, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar (Rural). His previous two petitions were dismissed by this Court on

07.11.2024 and 10.09.2025, respectively.

2. As per the allegations, on 19.04.2022, while performing patrolling duty, a police party headed by ASI Harjinder Singh posted at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural found the petitioner and co-accused Gurdeep Singh @ Bheekh to be coming from Jalandhar town side.
