1. The instant one is the third petition that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 172 dated 20.06.2023, registered under Sections 18 and 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) at Police Station Special Task Force, Phase-4, SAS Nagar. His previous petitions were dismissed by this Court on 22.07.2024 and 27.08.2025, respectively.

2. The petitioner has been booked in the aforesaid FIR and facing trial on the allegations that on 20.06.2023, she was apprehended by a police party and recovery of 258 grams of heroin, 285 grams of opium and drug money of Rs.6,26,900/- was effected from her conscious possession.
