1. This appeal arises out of an order passed by the learned Single Judge refusing to interfere with the order of transfer.

2. It transpires that the appellant was working at Narnaul and has been transferred to Charkhi Dadri on 04.09.2025. The order of transfer was assailed on the ground that the appellant is suffering from a serious medical ailment and is required to be posted within a radius of 15 kms of a higher medical center so that in the event of medical exigency, he may avail of such services.

3. Learned Single Judge has got the appellant medically examined and thereafter, refused to interfere with the order of transfer.

4. Alongwith the appeal, the appellant has placed on record an MRI report of PGIMER, Chandigarh to indicate that medical exigency does exist in the case of the present a
