1. Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”), the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0008 dated 14.01.2026, registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Mullanpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

2. On 25.03.2026, the following order was passed by this Court: -
