1. Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0044 dated 05.03.2026, registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga and further in DDR No.20 dated 07.03.2026, vide which an offence under Section 118(2) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 326 IPC has been enhanced.
