1. Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0022 dated 04.02.2026, registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC and Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908, at Police Station Dirba, Sangrur.
