1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to take action against private respondents No.5 to 8 by registering an FIR and to arrest them and conduct the investigation not below the rank of Superintendent of Police.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the deceased namely Parveen who happens to be the brother of the complainant was victimized at the hands of respondents No.5 to 8.
