At this stage, the counsel appearing for the respondent(s) submit that the respondents have no objection if the present application is allowed and the claim petition i.e. MACP-135-2023, is transferred from Jalandhar to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ferozepur.

The present application has filed at the behest of Paramjit Kaur and her children, for seeking transfer of the petition i.e. MACP-135-2023, titled ‘Paramjit Kaur and others v/s Kailash Chandra and others’, pending in Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalandhar and they seek transfer of the same to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ferozepur.

Considering the averments made in the application and also no objection, being there by the driver as well as the parents-in-law of applicant No.1 and considering the distance between the two places as well as applicant No.1 taking care of the minor children, the transfer application is allowed and the petition i.e. MACP-135-2023, titled ‘Paramjit Kaur and others v/s Kailash Chandra and others’, stands transferred from Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalandhar, to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ferozepur.
