This order shall dispose of two criminal miscellaneous petitions i.e. CRM-M-6640-2026 and CRM-M-6959-2026 as they arise out of the same FIR.
2. The petitioners, namely, Sunil (in CRM-M-6640-2026) and Navdeep (in CRM-M-6959-2026) seek the grant of regular bail under Section 483 of BNSS in case bearing FIR No.14 dated 26.05.2025 under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC and Sections 13(1)(c)
and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, registered at Police Station Anti-Corruption Rohtak, District Rohtak, Haryana.
3. The learned counsels for the petitioners contend that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. The primary allegations are against one Mainpal.
