Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for quashing of FIR bearing No.848 dated 27.09.2022 under Section(s) 323, 341, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Azad Nagar, Hisar, District Hisar, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-2).

2 The aforesaid FIR was registered on the statement of Piyush, son of Rajesh Kumar, aged about 18 years, resident of House No. 5159, Saket Colony, Azad Nagar, Hisar. As per the prosecution version, the complainant stated that he was employed at a grocery shop and that on 25.09.2022, at about 5:30 P.M
