1. This petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS(439 Cr.P.C) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 103 dated 24.07.2022 under Sections 307, 324, 323, 109, 148, 149 of IPC (Sections 326,325 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station, Nathana, District Bathinda.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the FIR was registered on the basis of the statement of Gulzar Singh, father of the injured, namely Balwinder Singh @ Budha. It is alleged that the petitioner, along with 16 other co-accused, inflicted injuries on the head and leg of the injured due to a grudge, as he had been helping one Tar Singh, who was allegedly beaten by the petitioner and others a few months earlier.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has has been falsely implicated in the present case due to previous enmity with the petitioner. He further submits that the co-accused have already been
