1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.114 dated 25.07.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 61(2) BNS at Police Station Sector 17 Central, Chandigarh (U.T.).
