1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0318 dated 12.10.2020 under Section 379-B(2) of IPC and Sections 411 and 201 of IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Phillaur District Jalandhar Rural and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.

2. On 20.03.2026, the following order was passed:
