1. The present 2^nd petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.139 dated 12.06.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118, 125, 351, 134, 3(5) of BNS and Sections 117(2), 118(2) of BNS added later on registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 31.01.2026 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.

2. On 12.03.2026, the following order was passed:

“The petitioners have approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of a compromise having b
