1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0239 dated 23.10.2015 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B, 424, 467, 468, 471, 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Mullana, Ambala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 26.02.2019 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.

2. On 12.03.2026, the following order was passed:
