Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.134 dated 13.07.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21-B, 27-A, 29, 61 and 85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) (Sections 25/54/ 59 of the Arms Act, 1959 Sections 10/ 11/ 12 of the Aircraft Act added later on), at Police Station Chheharta, Amritsar.
