1. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.161 dated 27.11.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(3) and 61(2) of BNS 2023 at Police Station Panjab Agriculture University, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

2. On 21.01.2026, the following order was passed:-

“Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.161 dated 27.11.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(3) and 61(2) of BNS 2023 at Police Station Panjab Agriculture University, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana; the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail.
