The present appeal has been filed under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short ‘the SC/ST Act’) by the appellant challenging the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad (hereinafter referred to as ‘the learned trial Court’), whereby an application filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No. 34 dated 15.02.2024, registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 and 120-B of IPC and Section 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad, had been dismissed.
