1. Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing order dated 10.12.2025, Annexure P-3, passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-Barnala vide which his bail was cancelled, his bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited to the State and his presence was sought to be procured through non-bailable warrants in case bearing No.SC-16-2024 arising out of FIR No.157 dated 26.09.2023 under Sections 399,402 IPC and Sections 25,54,59 of Arms Act registered at P.S Dhanaula, District Barnala.

2. Learned counsel submits that petitioner was granted the concession of bail vide order dated 14.12.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Barnala. Petitioner continued appearing before the trial Court concerned on each and every date of hearing, however, on account of his ill-health, he could not put in appearance on one of the dates i.e 10.12.2025, when impugned order was passed. It is submitted that
