1. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.232 dated 14.06.2025, registered for offences punishable under Section

316(4) of the BNS, 2023, at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

2. On 29.01.2026, the following order was passed:-
