1. Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0015 dated 17.01.2026 registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sector 14, Gurugram.
