1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.207 dated 30.05.2021 under Sections 506, 34, 285 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Rohtak Sadar, Rohtak and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 12.01.2026 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.

2. On 05.02.2026, the following order was passed:

“The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.207 dated 30.05.2021 under Sections 506, 34, 285 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Rohtak Sadar, Rohtak and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).
