1. This is a petition filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.26, dated 14.02.2022, under Sections 323, 34, 506 IPC (Section 201 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Udyog Vihar, Gurugram (Annexure P-1), order dated 08.08.2024 whereby charges were framed under Sections 323, 506, 201 IPC read with Section 34 IPC (Annexure P-2) and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 28.01.2026 (Annexure P-3).

2. This Court vide order dated 09.02.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the Illaqa/Duty Magistrate to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise.
