Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.205, dated 02.09.2025, under Sections 118(1), 115(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (Section 85 of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot, Punjab.
