1. Instant petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing/setting aside of order dated 29.05.2025 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur in case bearing No.CRA-250- 2025 titled as ‘Paramjit Singh vs M/s Goyal Diary’ filed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 02.05.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sunam in NACT/245/2020 whereby, the sentence of the petitioner was suspended and the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the compensation without considering whether the case of the petitioner falls within exception or not.
