The instant second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.509 dated 05.11.2024, registered under Section 21(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Civil Line Sirsa, District Sirsa.

2. As per allegations in the present case, 261 grams of heroin was recovered from the right pocket of the lower of the petitioner.

3. Learned State counsel, produces the custody certificate dated 08.03.2026, which is taken on record. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. Copy thereof has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

4. As per custody certificate, petitioner was found to be involved in 17 other cases registered under the NDPS Act and in five of those cases, he has already been acquitted, the details of which are
