JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J.(ORAL The prayer in this fourth petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.194 dated 19.07.2024 under Sections 22(C) of the NDPS Act and Sections 27(A), 29 of the NDPS Act added later on registered at Police Station Sadhaura, District Yamunanagar, Haryana.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner came to be apprehended with 528 capsules of Tramadol HC weighing 320.76 grams.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The mandatory provisions of Sections 42 and 50 of the NDPS Act had not been complied with in their proper perspective. No independent witness was joined at the time of search and seizure. As he is a first-time offender, in custody since 19.07.2024 and only 01 out of the 24
