1. The present Regular Second Appeal has been filed by the legal heirs of the plaintiff-Ishak challenging the judgment and decree dated 29.08.1998 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Gurgaon, whereby the judgment and decree dated 15.12.1993 passed by the learned Additional Senior Sub Judge, Ferozepur Jhirka was set aside and the suit of the plaintiffs for possession by way of Specific Performance of Contract, was dismissed.
