The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 03.09.2025, under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 as amended vide Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 and Section 61(2) of the BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Range District Ludhiana.
