The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 483 BNSS has been invoked for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.37 dated 13.09.2024 under Sections 127(2), 351(3) and 75(2) of BNS and Sections 8 and 10 of POCSO Act, registered at Women Police Station Dabwali, Sirsa, District Dabwali.
