1. Instant application u/s 11 (6) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, ‘1996 Act’), seeks appointment of Arbitrator/Arbitrators.

2. Reply filed by respondent Nos. 1 to 5 perused.

3. The applicant was allotted the work vide letter of allotment dated 25.07.2018 and pursuant thereto, the parties entered into Agreement No. 19 of 2017-2018. The said agreement contains a dispute redressal and arbitration mechanism under Clauses 24.1 to 24.3 of the General Conditions of Contract (GCC), which are reproduced hereunder: -

“24. Dispute Redressal System

24.1 If any dispute or difference of any kind whatsoever shall arise in connection with or arising out of this contract or the execution of Works or maintenance of the Works there under, whether before its commencement or during the progress of Works or after the te
