1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.25 dated 21.09.2024 under Sections 316(2), 318(2) of BNS and Section 24 of Emigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station NRI, District Jalandhar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise/affidavit dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.
