1. Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.119 dated 29.4.2024 under Sections 204 and 499 of IPC and Section 66-C of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Gurugram, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise/affidavit dated 17.9.2025 (Annexure P-2).

2 On 2.4.2026, the following order was passed:
