1. Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.21 dated 14.3.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c)/61/85 and 29 (added later on) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’), Sections 10, 11, 11-A of the Aircraft Act and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Dorangla, District Gurdaspur.

2. The gravamen of the allegations against the petitioner is that he is an accused of being involved in an FIR pertaining to NDPS Act involving 255 grams of heroin, which was allegedly recovered from the petitioner and his co-accused namely Kuldeep Singh and Namandeep Singh (Juvenile).
