1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0332 dated 10.06.2021 under Sections 506, 447, 427, 511 of IPC, registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.
